Issues

Accountability

Accountability = verification + action. We publish the records, validate the facts, and then push the levers that make institutions respond—administrative remedies, ethics complaints, AG appeals, litigation, legislative briefings, and public reporting.

Donor‑powered: Small gifts keep this cycle moving—every request, appeal, and release incurs real costs. Please chip in if you can. (GoFundMe link)

What is Transparency?

  1. Publish — Release primary documents and metadata openly, with context and timelines.

  2. Prove — Audit claims vs. evidence, track deadlines and redactions, and document non‑compliance.

  3. Press — File complaints/appeals, prepare filings, brief stakeholders and media, and invite public comment.

We don’t trade in rumors; we escalate with receipts.

What Accountability Looks Like

  1. Policy Fixed (Revise SOPs, training, or disclosure practices

  2. Case reviews (dismissals, corrections, or even restitution

  3. Fee reversals & disgorgement for unlawful charges

  4. Discipline & findings from oversight bodies

  5. Public scorecards on dashboards so progress can be tracked (coming soon)

Current Actions

We are actively pursuing records‑based accountability in a major Texas jurisdiction. Operational details are temporarily withheld while filings proceed, but releases will be posted to the Blog/Updates and Document Repository. (links)
See our Legal Strategy page for how complaints, AG appeals, and litigation fit together. (link)
